Scoring method
Quality score = 10 points per structured field + up to 20 points for note specificity
The note screen looks for length plus action, cause or finding, and verification or follow-up language. It is deterministic keyword screening, not natural-language understanding.
Use and limitations
Use it for coaching, spot checks, and closure-gate design. Do not use the score to judge technician performance, validate safety return-to-service, or infer a root cause. Local mandatory fields, approvals, and evidence rules prevail.
