What this calculator does
Schedule compliance = work orders completed in the schedule window ÷ work orders scheduled in the window × 100. It tests execution of the agreed schedule, not whether the selected work was the right work.
Inputs and formula
Use matching work-order and labor records for one stated reporting period; the formula and boundary are defined on this page.
When to use it
Use it in weekly scheduling review, with a fixed definition of the week, shift, or other allowed window. Overdue and carryover work remains a miss for the original window.
Worked example and interpretation
45 of 50 scheduled work orders completed in the week gives 90%. Review the five misses by cause—access, materials, urgent work, estimate, or capacity—before changing the number.
Practical notes and limitations
Do not improve the result by removing work from the schedule after the period starts. PM-only compliance is a separate measure with a due-date boundary.
