Schedule compliance
Completed scheduled work orders in the original window ÷ scheduled work orders in that window × 100. Numerator includes completed work only; denominator includes all committed work. Define overdue and carryover as misses for the original window. Calculator.
Preventive maintenance compliance
PM work orders completed within allowed due window ÷ PM work orders due × 100. Restrict both counts to PM work. The allowed grace window is a local definition and must not change between comparisons. Calculator.
Planned maintenance percentage
Planned maintenance labor hours ÷ total maintenance labor hours × 100. Include only labor on the agreed asset and period scope. Define emergency, corrective, predictive, contract, and training treatment before use. Calculator.
Wrench time
Direct hands-on maintenance time ÷ paid maintenance labor time × 100. Direct work excludes travel, waits, parts retrieval, permits, preparation, and administration. Treat it as a work-system measure, not individual productivity surveillance. Calculator.
Maintenance planning accuracy
ReliabilityBench uses the declared convention max(0, 1 − |actual − planned| ÷ planned) × 100. Planned hours are the denominator, so zero-plan work is excluded. This is not a universal standard; report signed variance separately to distinguish over- from under-estimation. Calculator.
Comparison cautions
All five measures require a stable reporting period, work-status taxonomy, asset scope, and unit. A denominator of zero is not a percentage and should be reported as not applicable. See the planning and scheduling guide for operational interpretation.
