Operating exposure workbench

See how equipment actually operated, before explaining why.

Reconstruct state time, distribute load exposure, measure declared-limit excursions, and screen rapid changes from pasted historian or log data. Everything runs locally in your browser.

01 · States

Machine State Log Analyzer

Reconstruct runtime, state duration, starts, exits, and transitions from timestamped state changes.

02 · Load

Equipment Load Profile Analyzer

Convert equally spaced readings into hours and share by load band.

03 · Limits

Threshold Excursion Duration Analyzer

Group below- and above-limit readings into duration-based events.

04 · Dynamics

Process Variable Rate-of-Change Screener

Find timestamp intervals that exceed declared rise or fall rates.

Four independent questions.

The state analyzer interprets categorical changes; the load tool builds a time-at-load distribution; the excursion tool measures residence outside user-supplied limits; and the rate screen evaluates change per elapsed time. None diagnoses a fault, estimates remaining life, changes a control-system alarm, or authorizes operation.

Keep the source boundary visible.

Export timestamps with time zone and units, preserve missing-data flags, and record the active equipment mode and limit revision. A clean calculation cannot repair a logger gap, a stale sensor, or a limit applied to the wrong operating state.
